No. VYBE is open to Singapore-registered SMEs and startups with up to 200 employees. There is no minimum team size, but the minimum annual contract value is SGD 1,920.
Onboarding usually takes less than two weeks from the initial demo call to your team's launch date. VYBE manages the full setup on your behalf; the only requirement from your side is an employee list provided in Excel format.
We only need each employee's name and email address to complete the onboarding process.
No app download is required. VYBE is a mobile-responsive web portal that employees access through a browser on any device. Employees can begin using their perks as soon as your account is live.
VYBE is offered as a 1 year contract and billed upfront on either a 6-month or 12-month term. There is no setup fee. For companies that sign up before the end of 2026, one month of subscription fees is waived as an introductory offer.
Yes. The Employer Admin Portal allows you to add or remove employees at any time. Alternatively, you may send us an updated employee list in Excel format on a monthly basis and we will update the changes on your behalf.
Yes. Each employee selects the option that suits them best: a one-time award of 2,000 Asia Miles for travel, or a monthly surprise treat from popular brands, such as Dunkin' Donuts, Old Chang Kee, Paris Baguette, Baskin Robbins, Subway, Cedele, POLAR Puffs & Cakes, and Mr. Coconut, among others.
Employees who select the Asia Miles option can redeem 2,000 Asia Miles once per year. During redemption, they will be asked to enter their first name, last name and Asia Miles membership ID. Once the redemption is processed, the miles will be credited directly to their account. Asia Miles can be used towards flight bookings, upgrades and other eligible travel experiences, with an estimated value of approximately SGD 80.
On the last Friday of every month, a limited quantity of e-vouchers from popular brands (Klook, Grab, Giant, Cold Storage) is made available in the VYBE portal. Vouchers are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so employees are encouraged to check the web app on the day.
Each month, VYBE team conducts a random draw to select one eligible employee across our client base as the Monthly Jackpot winner. The winner will be notified by email, and the reward will be added to their wallet on the VYBE portal.
